The last couple of months have gone so quickly! I’m working
on a new project that I’m really excited about (more on that soon) and planning
a big trip to South America over the summer. When I get back, I’m hoping to
do some more culinary training so all in all, lots of fun things coming up in 2013. In the
meantime, there is still cake of course and classes at The Make Lounge.
This one is a two tier chocolate cake with salted caramel
buttercream and chocolate ganache which I made for a special birthday dinner. It was
in good food company following a creative menu with a Japanese twist from Andrew Kojima
(that nice guy from last year’s Masterchef). He said it was 'stunning' too!
